So scary looked like the guy crashed, was walking down the street with the hammer in his hand yelling at cops. We didn’t even know what to do driving down. All the cars kept getting out of his way. I had all my family in the car. The cops were following him on foot with guns he went into the parking lot where Walmart is at.
