311, a hit-and-run accident, 409 Elder Drive. Caller Charles says his motorcycle was ran over by a known male, Kendrick Watkins. Caller has video footage. The suspect is no longer on scene, left in a Honda Pilot, eastbound on Manhattan. 409 Elder Drive, 311. 311, I'll be en route. Yeah, go ahead. And does not have a phone. Apparently he's walking around in the neighborhood because he's scared. Copy.
