831, good afternoon. When you guys up and rolling, if you can start off with a suspicious person, 70th and Pulaski. They said it was a male Hispanic, 30-years-old, wearing all black that ran up to a vehicle with a beer bottle in his hand. And then he started standing in front of the location, talking out loud, harassing customers at a restaurant. Per the caller, they said he appeared to be intoxicated or off the influence of drugs. No further. 10-4.
