CAT time now 1611, the confines of the 46 precinct. This is in regards to a confirmed 30 at 2070 Grand Concourse between East Tremont, East Burnside and East 180. Authority of the 4630 series. There's minor injuries. They're looking for two male, Black, left seen on a red moped fleeing northbound on the Grand Concourse. That phone is pinging now to 3rd Avenue and Claremont Park.
