The brother-in-law, a male, black, light-skinned, 5'5", black shirt, pulled a black semi-automatic gun on the caller during a domestic dispute. The caller wants him to have a mental evaluation, but he will deny it. The brother-in-law is in the home with the gun on him screaming. I have nothing further on that. Marijuana's been involved, but no unknown alcohol. Fire's asking for police to advise.
