Attention District 3, information from CHP. They're out with a possibly armed subject, westbound 80 just west of Enterprise and Westac. CHP advised they're on their right-hand shoulder on the harbor on ramp. The subject's male, white adult, black shirt, gray pants, compliant, but they have one at gunpoint. Information only at this time. Central clear, 1154.
