217-247 for the menacing 132 Nichols. Caller stated her mother is screaming in the room. There's a man who ran into the house with a knife. Also got another call saying that black male Byron Bell is at the location, wearing a gray jacket, has a knife, and is chasing mother around the house with it. Saying the description is going to be black male, light blue hat, and blue jeans. It's the mother's boyfriend.
