Units in 10 and citywide, we got shots fired. 1414 South Avers in the rear. The neighbor states it's a male, Hispanic, white t-shirt, jeans, jeans shorts, a white, a white hat, a heel figure, red letters on it. He's been on one of the three cars he fired off rounds from and reloaded. He's a male, Hispanic in a red, red tee, took the gun and tucked it in his waistband. The offender's in the alley in the yard with the three cars. Nothing further. Zone 10, clear.
