Her brother was stabbed with a fork. 31-year-old male, Balvonte Preston. Guess the suspect is Tia Sanford. Our caller is not on scene. This is his child's mother. She's also calling other people over as well. EMS advised he's stabbed in the neck. Code 1, CAD 9. 9.
