4331 to Go ahead. Hey, how are you? I'm on Miami Ave and 19, reference two vehicles that went off on the train track. We had a witness, oh, apologies. There was a witness for the individual that we're speaking of because she was behind the wheel and she had access to a key and she admitted to us that she was a driver as well. When I'm speaking to her, she has very, um, alcohol coming from her breath. She admitted to me that she's coming from someplace in Brooklyn.

The one that assumed that the tram track was over, which I can understand, but she's a super aggressive, super out of date. We're trying to get identification from her, and she's, like, not letting us. And the most important thing is, as I'm speaking to her, she has the alcohol from her breath. I put her behind the vehicle, like, behind her car to get off the tracks, and she's stumbling and has to, like, lean on the truck or motor to stabilize herself.
