District 6, Code 12 on a 480, complainant pain in 6A at 4556 10th Avenue. The 480 actually occurred about 10 ago near 57th and M. Mary. The complainant's cousin was riding a bicycle, correction, a scooter, when they were hit by a vehicle. They're now back at this 925. The suspect vehicle is a black sedan, possibly a Honda, unknown plate. It was last seen eastbound on M. Mary. The victim is standing by at 4556 10th Avenue in 6A.
