RP advising there's a male walking up to random females, walking the other way and touching the woman's breast. Suspect description is a white male, 40 to 50, 5'6", medium to heavy build, has a beard, wearing a blue or gray t-shirt, unknown color pants. Last seen on Ocean Eastbound towards Geneva.
