1811. 1811, I got a person with a knife, no simulcast, 2312 North Ashland at the Wendy's parking lot. Caller said a male brandished a knife at him. It's the same male that tried to rob him last night. Male, black, wearing all black. They also gave a description of a blue Honda Civic, no plates. 10-4.
