Within the past 15 minutes, two male blacks with tattoos on board a black Honda came to this location, cut a lock off of a construction truck. One is unable to steal anything due to construction workers being nearby. Took off on board the black Honda, unknown DOT. 12, copy. Bushing Kings, go. 13, copies.
