2 Charles 36, start for a 927 in progress, 1423 26th Street, apartment 1 in 3B. Caller heard somebody messing with a window to this apartment. Looks like it's currently vacant. She yelled out that she was calling the police and the noise stopped, unknown if the subject's still there or not. Heard a door slam after she yelled that she was calling the police, but doesn't have a description and is not hearing anything anymore. 927 in progress in 3B.
