Any Wilshire unit, 211 suspect just left 100 North La Cienega at the Beverly Connection at the Bloomingdale's Outlet. Suspect is now walking towards La Cienega. Transient male, Black, 30-40 years old, wearing a black jacket, black pants, took items with a shopping cart, became aggressive with security guard. Quote, incident 3147, RD 722.
