31. Assault in progress, Clark Park, 4615 Jackson. By the swimming pool, in the rear of the school, male black, 5'9", low haircut, shirt with red and white graffiti on it, black pants, he's yelling profanity at children in the park, asked to leave by the staff and he's refusing to do so. He seems to be under the influence of an unknown substance. It's the park district calling it in. 10-4.
