We just passed there 30 min ago and a group of teen boys left their bicycles on the tracks and we're going in and out of the open gate at the corner of Eliot and Lutheran. I said to my husband, watch I'm about to get a notification from Citizen that there's a fire on the tracks in 30 minutes. And here we are. There were at least 15 boys that I could see loitering on the tracks smdh.
My daughter said it was the kids on the bikes that ride around like weirdos

Where are their parents to allow them to run wild, if indeed this was the case.
