I couldn't even comment during the parade because cell phone use didn't work in the crowd. One float was a cake kids could slide down when it stopped.
The cyclists keeping the crowd of them in the right areas painted up as street signs with cone heads. Every year they do a theme like referees or something they all go the same as.
