Within approximately 30 minutes. BIO, no need for safety. Let's go ahead and start law enforcement to handle traffic and no utilities. We're going to be out approximately one and a half hours. Battalion 21 Ellie, copy this all, starting PD for traffic control.

Engine 192, go ahead. LA 192, 1231 South Harbor. One-story commercial pool supply company. I've got a 5-gallon bucket, unknown substance, exterior of the building. It's contained, it is off-gassing, no fire, no structures threatened. 192, an assigned hazmat, can't handle. I'm going to keep the complex. For more information, visit www.fema.gov
