Northbound on a white Chevy Sam Mary Zebra, 7088. Radio raising 2308. 2308. Start for a suspicious person, 1155 Kipling Street, 1155 Kipling Street Southeast. 2308, I copy. 78P is a Black male, 19 to 20 years old, black mask, no shirt, black foot, pants. Advising a verbal dispute. Caller saw a male attempting to enter their vehicles on camera and her husband followed the male. The suspect saw her husband had a weapon and advised the husband did not pull it out. Just wanted to check in.
