33, this is coming over as a municipal auto violation, 3223 North Linder. 3223 North Linder. It says abandoned vehicles under city ordinance called curb stoning, which gives officers the right to tow the vehicles right away. Caller said he has spoken with the alderman and district at that location. It's a black Kia sedan, no plates. And at 3244 North Linder, it's a black Nissan sedan.
