31. Getting a battery just occurred, 1050 West Fullerton from DePaul University. India is calling. Someone hit the emergency call box. Male states he was beat up, confused. The male, Black, 20 years of age, wearing a white or tan t-shirt, black pants, no visible weapons. He refused EMS.
