Have another disturbance in 14. 2954 North California. Our caller said that his vehicle was towed while waiting for a Grubhub order. When he checked with the employees about getting the vehicle out, they're charging him $250. He wants to know why that price. It's going to be in front, a white shirt and light blue jeans.
