The alderman himself called it in?! I'm on oak park myself and didn't even hear it. Husbands been out off and on all night and didn't hear it or say anything. If neighbors aren't calling and complaining themselves and there's nothing crazy happening, why 'have it shut down'... there's much worse they could be doing.
