38. It's going to be 4928 South Wander Lane, 2800 East. Complaintant is stating there's a group of 6 to 8 juveniles in golf carts that are racing up and down the road, last seen going northbound. Unknown if they live in the area. States they appear to be 10 to 12 years old. Requesting an area check. Copy. 2015.
