Information for units in the area of 19th Avenue and Grand Avenue, eastbound. It's going to be a 647, Victor Brock House. It's a male in a gray Honda CRV with an Arizona license plate of Zebra 2 Adam 1 Young 2. They're trying to run complainant off the road and throwing stuff at her vehicle while on Grand Avenue. Complainant turned southbound on 19th Avenue and the male stopped in the middle of the intersection. No one where he went from there. Nobody for contact. Information only at 1749.
