Information for units in the area of 64th Street and Loop 101. It's a generic broadcast. 20 ago, DPS received a tip that two transients, white male that goes by red, heavy set red hair, black shirt, black shorts, gray shoes, and a female that goes by black suit, blue shirt. No further information. Transients possibly set fire to something. Person called in the tip to DPS and didn't say what they might have set fire to. The DPS had to put her on the freeway around the time, so possibly related to that. This information at 1740 hours. Two years, clear.
