Two Men Arrested for Domestic Violence in Tijuana

Municipal police detained two men in separate domestic violence incidents in the Las Torres and López Leyva neighborhoods of Tijuana; one suspect allegedly assaulted and attempted to asphyxiate his partner and threatened a 13-year-old with a knife.
