Is it me or have there been an unusually high number of fires lately
Developers making huge profits buying our history up, shuttering it and waiting for it to burn.
Either junkie smoking, crack or structure fire for insurance
Some houses like this just need a good family to move in and care for it! Whoever owns the property is just holding out for the highest bid from a large apartment company! 🤬 All of our homes that have history are being tore down for major complexes that just cause more traffic & parking problems. 👎🏼
@SFVvalleygirl they want control over areas. That’s why they are building the way they do.. there is no stopping it unfortunately. Most don’t want the responsibility anymore, they all want someone else to take care of it, sound familiar….
