24. It'll be 84 on West Magnum Street, 2700 South. Time lapse about five minutes ago. Complainant's seen a tan, newer model Chevy with a rear passenger side bumper flapping out. Complainant thought she might be fleeing from something. Driver was a 65-year-old female, blonde hair with purple dye over it, heavy build. Last seen heading into Magnum.
