211 and 311, a disorder, Maple and East Pearl. Being honest, caller reporting four Black males, one's white t-shirt, two tan shorts, three black bucket hat, and a fourth unknown. They're working on a yellow older car and a white Cadillac in the road, blocking Pearl. They started yelling profanities at the caller. Maple and East Pearl. 211. 311. 211 to Delaware.
