Unit 1014, we have a kidnapping in progress, 2165 Northwestern Avenue. Jamie called, said a male Hispanic wearing a gray baseball cap with a red, with a red deal in a newer model white pickup truck was seen picking up a female Hispanic child approximately 11 to 12 years old. He put her in the backseat of her vehicle. The female was screaming and saying no. The truck headed northbound. Nothing further.
