All units, 10-623, attempt to locate a unsafe vehicle, I-215 West Northbound to 201 Westbound. I-215 West Northbound to 201 Westbound, break. All units continuing, Kim and Cat Ducata. It's a white semi-dump truck that is dumping rocks. It's a Tram Corps semi-truck, last seen in the middle lane. RP no longer has visual. Time lapse is approximately 5 minutes. End of broadcast at 9.
