There was a couple groups of ppl every way i walked iam sure they are going thru hardship so i felt i shouldn’t put a camera on them sorry i was trying to get to the corner of central i 5 separate sets of ppl groups , i apologize, i still
Appreciate the intent, but all we see is a video of the pavement.
Hoped for a notification could be made that maybe aep will get out faster
