This was called in by the neighbor at 2020 Regis Drive with a possible address of 2014 Regis. She advised she could... Engine 31 responding. Copy, break. Continuing, the neighbor went outside to check on an alarm that she heard sounding and advised it smells heavily of smoke. I do have one PD officer on scene. We have not been given an update yet.
