Alright, 10-4, that Frank Nora plate you gave is a black 2017 Toyota, so is that something else? 10-4, she wasn't too sure about the whole license plate number. She just knows that it starts with a 3 and ends with a 5. Also, that the offender was a Hispanic male, wearing all black, with a mask. And also, he's orange. What's the registered person's first and last name? I can try and find the plate.

Units in 1 and citywide, getting a carjacking just occurred at Wells and Harrison for a male that pulled a gun out on her, stole her blue Volkswagen, drove westbound on Harrison, possibly towards the expressway. Male sender was wearing a mask, armed with a gun, from the parking lot at Harrison and Wells. Nothing further, zone 4.
