Mill Creek 3531 for a suspicious. Mill Creek 35. 31. 4210 South Highland Drive. This is a complainant's address. Saying that there's a white male in his 40s that's laying on the front porch. Believes he's hitting officers. Has drug locks. Appears to be homeless. He's wearing a green shirt. Also grabbed a bike from someone's home. Took off on foot going towards the Macy's. They're advising he was last seen about three minutes ago. There's no further.
