All units, attempt to locate a reckless driver. Last seen, 3100 South Constitution Boulevard, going northbound. It'll be a black Honda Accord with a 6-ox pipe, plate of 6 Alpha Whiskey 804. Again, 6 Alpha Whiskey 804. The driver appeared to be a early 20s-year-old Hispanic male with a pink passenger. They were swerving in and out of traffic and speeding. Again, attempt to locate it, 2034.
