814. 14, can you help with a suspicious person on the 811 scene for 5759 South Melvina? Melissa is reporting a male Hispanic that's bald-headed, 20 years old, keeps walking back and forth from the corner of Moody's to Melvina, and will put his hood on when people come and cross over. Caller states he's been doing it for the last 10 minutes. The neighbor's across, has their garage door open, and doesn't know if he's trying to go inside or not. He was last seen wearing gray and cream hoodie, black shirt, and pants.
