Road rage incident of a semi that tried to crash into the construction zone, almost taking out the complainant's vehicle and tried to run him off the highway. It's an 18-wheeler with numerics of 150338, a Deal Road carrier. Has Arizona tags with last seen southbound 75, passing exit 4. Information only at this time.
