So, we got a couple calls for this. There's a male, black male, long-sleeved shirt, possibly intoxicated, standing in the middle of the highway. We got a call at I-90 West at Dead Man's Car and also I-90 East at Chester. It came down at the same time. I'm not sure which location the male will be at, but it's going to be a code 1.
