Units en route to the non-injury collision at Waddell and Litchfield, Litchfield and Waddell. It's going to be an accident with a listed 964 seats. The Toronto per vehicle is too messed up to move. 964 is advising they're just west of the listed in the eastbound lanes of Waddell in a dark gray 2019 Volkswagen Jetta. Other party is in a white Cadillac SUV, both still on Waddell. No injuries to either party. Hazard lights are on. Nothing further at this time.
