3 Charlie 20. 20. 20 code 3, authorized unit, close unit to assist on a 417, just occurred at Orange and 52nd, 52nd and Orange. Looks like there's a green Toyota Tacoma on a plate with a male unknown. 417 was a black handgun with a light on it, pointed at another driver, and last seen northbound Orange. And just be advised, we have no victims on this, no shots were fired, unknown if other vehicle wants to be a victim. It looks like the CP is a witness on this only.
