Charlie 17. 17. 17, it's a TP 5150 at Vons, 5949 East Spring, 5949 East Spring. Going to be for half in the parking lot for a male, tan complexion, late 30s to 40s, wearing no shirt and jeans. Subject is talking and yelling, but not making any sense, keeps getting on his back, then getting in front of vehicles, no weapons seen. Is there a unit on channel 2? Any unit on channel 2?
