Units in 19 and citywide, getting a deceptive practice in progress over at Walgreens, 2500 North Clark. Caller says there are two male Blacks, one has dreads. They are out front in the store. Scamming customers, having to swipe their cars so they can steal their money. No further. District 19, zone 2.
