222, I can take that assault. 222, okay, I'll start you for the theft. 4565 286, caller says that a known male assaulted her. Happened at Souter and Ottawa River about five minutes ago. He's not on scene. Suspect is a Scott Westfall, white male, khaki pants, fled in a gold Jeep Cherokee southbound Souter near Ottawa River. Caller's at 4565 282, 222.
