231, you can check for a suspicious male. 231. Should be around Stone Quarry and Coppergate now. Was on Greystone, going around the area. Possible Hispanic male in all black clothing. RP states may have been touching himself at one point. Carrying a cup possibly. Last he just took off running in that area. 231, clear route. 1458.
