Units en route to Ascot and Chelsea, but for that trouble with children. Complaintant calls back, stated that he's jobbing them last seen south towards 1828 Electric Avenue. It was three to four, two of them seen with a white hoodie with a brown unknown. They were getting into people's vehicles.
