3. 10-4. Not sure if this is related to Kilo 936, but it's 4318 South 1100 West in the Meadowbrook Condo. It's a neighbor that lives at this location yelling outside and swearing that the other neighbor named Carla. It's a good point of eye for the battalion. 38-year-old white male, 6'3", 250, wearing all black. He was sitting outside, but the complainant doesn't see him anymore. Possibly wandered off into the neighborhood.
